It started in 2011 with a spreadsheet only one person could edit at a time. Since then it has been the same thing in different shapes: something gets done by hand, over and over, until it gets built away. Here are some of the projects.
- The freight system A shared spreadsheet that kept people waiting became a system everyone works in at once, with data showing which carrier fits each job.
- Profilbutiken From no website at all to an online store with 5,000+ products, where supplier data and the accounting system handle products, orders and invoices.
- Soil analysis A platform where customers enter their analysis data and get an instant answer on sulfide soil. Sales and delivery run fully automatically.
- Drilling reports From paper in the field and retyping at the office to reports logged on a phone and finished when the drilling is.
- The Harvest replacement Harvest was swapped for a custom time tracking and invoicing system. The license fee of just over 30,000 SEK a year is gone.
