Privacy policy

Your data, short and clear.

I only collect what I need to get back to you. I never sell your data. Here are the details.

Who's responsible for your data

Code & Beans (Nils Agerberg), Älvsbyn, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data you provide here. If you have any questions, just email nils@codeandbeans.com.

What I collect

When you fill in the form, I save your name and phone number, and your email and company if you add them. That's it. The site uses no cookies and no tracking, so I don't collect anything about you in the background.

Why I collect it

The information is used for one thing only: to be able to contact you about what you got in touch about. The legal basis is that you yourself ask me to get back to you, so that I can respond to your enquiry.

Who gets to see it

Your information goes into my CRM system (HighLevel), which I use to keep track of contacts and enquiries. They process the data on my behalf and may not use it for anything else. HighLevel is operated from the US, which means your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. I never share your data with anyone else and never sell it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as it's needed to help you, or for as long as we're in contact. If you'd like me to delete it sooner, just say the word.

Your rights

It's your data. You have the right to know what I store about you, to have it corrected if something is wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to me processing it. Get in touch at nils@codeandbeans.com and I'll sort it.

If you're not happy

If you think I'm handling your data incorrectly, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
